Video CSK Skipper MS Dhoni Gets Emotional Talking About Teams Return After Two Years Ban

The former Indian Cricket Team Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is returning as skipper of CSK (Chennai Super Kings) after two years ban. CSK and RR (Rajasthan Royals) were banned for two years from IPL (Indian Premier League). CSK is one of the most prosperous franchises of the T20 tournament with the highest winning ratio. The team has won two seasons under MS Dhoni.

As IPL 2018 is immediate to jump, MS Dhoni the skipper of CSK got emotional during a press conference. The wicket-keeper batsman appeared in tears talking about his team’s return after two year’s ban. Indian Cricketer Suresh Raina ran up to the stage and offered water to his good friend.


In the previous two years, MS Dhoni represented RPS (Rising Pune Supergiant) in IPL 2016 and 2017. However, the team reached the final but lost against MI in 2017.

CSK will play the opening match on 7 April against defending champion MI (Mumbai Indians). The match will be held at Wankhede stadium.
