Tiger Zinda Hai collects 206 Crore in just 7 days

Released on 22 December, Tiger Zinda Hai has emerged a conqueror as the movie has collected 206 Crore in just seven days in India. The Salman Khan Action thriller collected 34.10 Crore on Day 1, 35.50 Crore on Day 2, 45.53 Crore on Day 3, 36.54 Crore on Day 4, 21.60 Crore on Day 5, 17.55 Crore on Day 6 and 15.42 Crore on Day 7 which takes it to a grand total of 206.04 Crore.

This is Salman Khan’s fifth 200 Crore film and in a little while it will become his third 300 Crore film. The Hollywood match action thriller is made on a whopping budget of 150 Crore. In an interview the director of the film Ali Abbas Zafar said that he is worried as Yash Raj Films (Aditya Chopra) have invested a huge sum and he wants the producer to recover their amount.

Tiger Zinda Hai is highest grossing Bollywood film of the year. The movie will likely take few more days to touch the 300 Crore figure. This is Katrina Kaif’s first major success after her 2014 film Bang Bang.
