Salman Khan: Losing weight for Tiger Zinda Hai is painful

After a 300 Crore movie in 2016, the unstoppable Salman Khan is set to take Bollywood with a storm. Salman Khan’s most awaited movie Tubelight is slated to release on this EID and his second venture Tiger Zinda Hai is set to release on Christmas this year. Salman Khan’s 2016 blockbuster Sultan was a wrestling film for which the actor gained a lot of weight. He carried the same weight for Tubelight but now he has lost all the weight for Tiger Zinda Hai.

The actor stated “there is a lot of pain in undergoing physical transformation. I have been training for Tiger Zinda Hai and there is another film I am training, it’s a dance film by Remo D’souza. For Sultan I was 96kgs and now I have shed 18-20kgs.

Talking about his films, Tubelight is an historical war action film on 1962 Sino-Indian War. Salman Khan’s close friend and Superstar Shahrukh Khan will be seen playing a cameo in his film. Tubelight also features Chinese actress Zhu Zhu and the film is shot in Ladakh. Tubelight is produced by Salman Khan and Kabir Khan (Director of the film). On the other hand, Salman Khan has also started the shooting of Tiger Zinda Hai opposite Katrina Kaif. The team has flown to Australia and they will be shooting in some freezing location. Tiger Zinda Hai is a sequel to 2012 super hit film Ek Tha Tiger and this time the spy Jodi looks more promising than the first one. Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif will be performing some daredevil stunts under Hollywood expert Tom Stuthers.
