Deepika Padukone’s Padmavati To Clash With Akshay Kumar’s Pad Man

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s splendid venture Padmavati which was dated to release on 1 December 2017 got shifted to existing year due to unending controversies. However, the makers have got the relief as CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification) passed the film with a UA Certificate after suggesting few modifications. Now it’s only the director Bhansali or producer Viacom 18 who has to announce the official date.

However, according to the rumors, Padmavati is said to release on 25 January, a day before Republic Day. No wonder it would a great business plan as Padmavati has already become trendy due to incessant controversy. But Akshay Kumar would be definitely affected by this as his much-awaited Pad Man is releasing on the same date. Pad Man is an upcoming biographical comedy-drama film which is inspired by the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham, a social activist from Tamil Nadu.

Pad Man starring Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor, and Radhika Apte is slated to release on 25 January. Earlier the movie was dated to release on 26 January but the movie avoided the clash with Sidharth Malhotra’s Aiyaary.

Talking about Padmavati it will be a sure blockbuster when it releases. The movie was surrounded by endless controversies due to which audience will demonstrate their curiosity to the movie. Padmavati stars Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh in the lead roles. The trailer of the movie received an immense response from the audience. Padmavati is made on a budget of over 200 Crore making it one of most expensive Bollywood film.
